Orders are shipped from Portugal.
Standard delivery times:
Portugal: 2–5 business days
EU: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the case of original artworks, insurance may be included.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
The item was damaged during transit (proof required within 3 days of delivery).
An incorrect item was shipped due to our error.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us at info@artbylando.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We may require photos or other documentation to process a claim.
